not to get personal on a pokemon vid or anything but i've been struggling with art block + demotivation a lot recently. lately i've been trying my hand at designing my own fakemon for a project, but everything i make feels uninspired or stale- watching this made me realize i'm probably just VERY burnt out lol. i might go out of my way to try this some time for inspo, haven't had time to take a break or go for walks in a while. honestly thanks for making this man, the designs turned out great !! :] hope to see more of these in the future

As a very young kid, I liked the idea that my Pokémon could become stronger, But I didn't want them to stop being cute. So my idea for a "Split Evolution Branch" was the Cute First Stage Evolution of the Pokémon would just change colors when it evolved, to show it was more powerful. But it would stay the same cute shape.
